What is EFT?
• EFT is an energy therapy - just like acupuncture, it works directly on the energy system in the body. But instead of needles, you stimulate the major energy points by tapping on them or massaging them lightly.

The One-day EFT Certification Workshop - Level 1 (to be followed by Level 2) is approved and designed in accordance with the guidelines set out by Gary Craig (originator of the method). The level 1 course is for HR Professionals, Coaches, Trainers, Teachers or anyone that wants to learn the EFT Technique in more detail and how to effectively teach others. It is intended to give you a solid introduction to Foundation of EFT. You will learn the history and theory behindits invention, The EFT DiscoveryStatement, The Basic Recipe, Psychological Reversal, Aspects, Being Specific, Movie Technique, Energy Toxins and how to measure for success. At the end of the day you’ll feel confident & comfortable using EFT. You'll see EFT demonstrated on a range of emotional and physical issues and have the opportunity to use EFT on your own issues.
