Steve Morris (Author)

Steve Morris is an internationally renowned leadership consultant, personal development coach and highly acclaimed author. He is regarded as a pioneer of some of the foremost leadership theory in Asia. Steve’s other talents include; international speaker, world-class facilitator, corporate board advisor, philanthropist and storyteller. 

Steve’s professional career has included time as a principal advisor to the US Department of Defense as well as Managing Director and International Partner of multinational corporations. He has over two decades of international leadership consulting experience having personally advised thousands of leaders including corporate CEO’s, Heads of Civil Service, military generals and even Royalty!

Steve founded the highly successful Steve Morris Associates in 1998 to provide leadership development coaching and training throughout Asia. In 2001 Steve set up LotusBloom, an organization dedicated to publishing and delivering a unique holistic approach to personal and professional mastery based on the Glorious Living! philosophy. Through LotusBloom Steve presents workshops and publishes books and other resources for personal and professional development.

Steve’s work has appeared in The Asian Wall Street Journal, The Straits Times, Asian Business, Asia Manager, Today's Manager, The Economic Bulletin, and Britain in Business. He has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows as a guest expert on the workplace and leadership in Asia.

Steve runs the highly successful leadership consultancy, Steve Morris Associates out of Asia whilst making regular trips to the US for appearances and consulting assignments. 

Prithvi Shrestha (Artist)

Prithvi Shrestha is a Nepali based artist who has shown over 50 pieces of cultural art in various shows. Prithri is the talent behind the striking artwork of The Boy who Climbed the Mountain and the line art from TheBoy who Climbed the Mountain Coloring Book. Prithvi completed over 40 original watercolor pieces for the fable which helped to recreate the striking beauty of the exotic lands and authenticity of the culture of the Himalayas and her people.

Prithvi continues to live and work out of Kathmandu, Nepal.


Nurbakyah Md. Shaw (Artist)

Nurbakyah Md. Shaw, was born in Singapore, 1970. She was brought up in a kampong way of life. Nature was everywhere then, her earliest memory of creativity was painting rocks. Some she would have simple designs, others would actually resemble van, cat, table etc…etc…

After her junior college, she enrolled herself in an art school, Nanyang Academic of Fine Arts for three years. There she developed her skill in graphic design which specialized in children illustration.

Then she worked as a designer in design house, advertising and publication companies,

for several years. As a commercial designer, she was taught that ideas are important and one problem has many solutions.

After working for several years, Nur decided to continue her study in visual communication in University of Central England, Birmingham. Since then, she had been doing freelance for publishers and companies, such as LotusBloom Publishing, MPH Publishing, Kinderland Educare Services and Ministry of Education. She has produced illustration and design for use on greeting cards, book covers, advertising, packaging and more.

She loves teaching children and currently is teaching art and craft in Crestar Learning Center. She hopes to inspire these children as how they have inspired her.
